Training At The Muay Thai Academy

Most days are torture. Training is hard and aching muscles are guaranteed. However, the fun, laughter and enjoyment of everyone keeps us coming back for more. Bernard is always tough on his fighters as well as himself. As he always points out, 'Pain is temporary, glory is forever' or 'The more you sweat in training, the less you bleed in the ring.' An inspiration to everyone, he keeps us coming back fore more! :)

As prepration prior to the Malaysian Ultimate Warrior 2007, Bernard spent 2 weeks training at Fairtex, his favourite place to train knowing that he is in the best hands.
